Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using designaligned.com and its associated services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who purchases a service.

The Platform is operated by Jennifer Harkins Enterprises, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), Nashville, Tennessee, USA.

The Services

Design Aligned provides:

• A free Human Design chart generation tool
• A client portal with personalised chart content and coaching-related materials
• Paid services including written readings, live reading sessions, and coaching engagements
• Educational content about Human Design and personal development

Human Design readings and coaching are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice. The information provided through this Platform is for educational and personal development purposes only. If you are experiencing a health crisis, mental health emergency, or require professional services, please seek qualified help immediately.

JuJu Harkins is a coach trained in an ICF-accredited program (60+ hours of coach training and 100+ hours of coaching experience). She is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional. Coaching is a collaborative professional relationship designed to support personal and professional growth — it is not therapy.

Purchases and Refunds

Payments

All purchases are processed securely through our payment processor. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided for the amount specified at checkout.

Refund policy

• Written Readings: Refunds are available if requested before work has commenced. Once a written reading has been delivered, no refund is available.
• Live Reading Sessions: Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at JuJu’s discretion.
• 3-Month Coaching: A pro-rated refund may be available within the first 14 days. After that, the engagement is non-refundable.
• Full Portal Access: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Share, resell, or redistribute chart data, readings, or portal content without written permission
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation or security
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, including JuJu Harkins or Design Aligned

Intellectual Property

Human Design as a system was developed by Ra Uru Hu and is associated with Jovian Archive Corporation. We do not claim ownership of the Human Design system itself, the underlying body of knowledge, or any concepts, terminology, or imagery that originate from it. References to Human Design types, authorities, profiles, gates, channels, and centres are made for educational and coaching purposes only.

What is owned by Jennifer Harkins Enterprises, LLC is the original content we create — including written readings, summaries, portal content, photography, written materials, course content, and the software that powers this platform. All such original content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Human Design chart data — the calculated activations derived from your birth information — is yours. The original analysis, commentary, and written content produced by us in connection with your readings or portal access remains our intellectual property. You may use the readings and portal content we deliver to you for your personal use, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialise them without written permission.

Your Account

Your portal account is accessed via a unique magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email address secure. You may not share your portal access link with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that we believe are being shared or misused.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Human Design chart calculations are generated using third-party astronomical data and are provided for informational purposes — we do not guarantee their accuracy for any specific use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jennifer Harkins Enterprises, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Davidson County, Tennessee, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed.

For Users in the European Union and United Kingdom

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law, including the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days (subject to the exceptions described in our refund policy above). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
